Who Is He!!
Siddhant Bommireddipalli is a Film and Television major at the Savannah College of Art and Design. In his tenure, he has directed one short-film, one music-video and co-produced 3 short-films. He has worked on 16 shorts and has been a Production Assistant on “Haint” film featured in the TRIBECA film festival.
As a creative, Siddhant is deeply inspired from the works of the masters. His passion for art extends to music and writing. Rooted in India, his work is deeply shaped by Sufism and explorations of identity and self. Traveling all across the world and residing in India, California, Florida and Georgia, he has gained an immense curiosity towards people. This also encourages him to be the Vice President of the Scad Indian Student Association (SISA). He believes that empathy and experiences can create meaningful stories and can rightfully address the reality of the world.
For the last two years, Siddhant has had the immense pleasure to learn the Hindustani Classical flute from Mrs. Debopriya Chatterjee, who is a senior disciple of the Maestro Padmavibhushan Pandit. Hariprasad Chaurasia.
Siddhant also has the honour to learn Ghazal singing from Mr. Shom Chatterjee, who is a disciple of the Maestro Pandit. Ajoy Chakrabarty. These artistic endeavors have instilled the value of discipline and steady growth in the creative world. .
